Spencer Kennedy is a distinguished and respected portfolio manager and agent for C&C Property Management and Better Homes And Gardens. Spencer joined the C&C Property Management team in 2018. He earned his real estate license in 2019 and is vastly educated in financial planning.

Spencer graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and then entered the workforce as a golf professional. His first introduction to real estate came when he began working for Hyatt Vacation Ownership at Highlands Inn. Outside of the office, Spencer pursues an active athletic lifestyle and can often be found on the tennis court or golf course.
