Kyle Chernetsky
Broker | Owner

Kyle Chernetsky is a broker and owner of C&C Property Management and Better Homes And Gardens. Around the office, Kyle is known for being driven, serious, decisive, savvy in real estate technology, and, on occasion, misplacing the letter opener or his sunglasses.

He has an incomparable fervor for real estate, especially generating generational wealth, and is the self-proclaimed “king of ADUs.” Kyle has made it his chief mission to help others realize their goals through real estate on the Monterey Peninsula, and there is no challenge too great for him to conquer. Currently, Kyle invests the majority of his time and energy into building the business and creating a stellar team. He focuses on recruiting and promoting individuals who are quick, capable, and passionate about providing clients the best they have to offer.

Born and raised in the Salinas Valley, Kyle attended Palma School and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in finance from CSU Chico. He and his best friend from high school, Kevin Cesario, got their start in real estate by painting apartments and then proceeding to lease them out. Having discovered his calling, Kyle then began flipping mobile homes.

Kyle earned his broker license in 2012. The following year, Kyle and Kevin started C&C Property Management. In 2018, the pair landed their first listing and embarked upon doing sales. This partnership led to them splitting the sales brokerage from C&C Property Management and forming Better Homes And Gardens Real Estate By The Sea.

He is skilled in marketing, technology, developing properties, finance, investing, collaborating with local municipalities, architecture, and team building. Kyle is experienced in buying and selling homes in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Pacific Grove, and other surrounding areas.
Kyle and his wife Melissa Chernetsky reside in Carmel with their two young children, Violet and Maverick. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing football and golf, traveling to new destinations, watching movies, and frequenting local restaurants.
