Kevin Cesario is a principal broker and the founder of C&C Property Management and Better Homes And Gardens. A renowned and respected broker, he is known for his lighthearted attitude and also being aggressive when it comes to pursuing real estate deals. Kevin prioritizes his clients above all else and strives to give them a strong understanding of what the market has to offer, as well as presenting them with a huge network of resources to ensure they have the best available services.

Having grown up in a real estate family, Kevin learned the ins and outs of the industry at a young age, and his passion grew from there. A graduate of Chico State University, he pursued his longtime interest in real estate by founding C&C Property Management before turning his attention to real estate sales.

In 2014, Kevin obtained his Broker license. He is skilled in investment properties, second homes, rentals, and 1031 exchanges and is experienced in buying and selling homes in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Seaside, Salinas, and Marina.

In 2020, Kevin was recognized as a top 10 producing realtor and was selected the Readers’ Choice Realtor of the Year by the Monterey Herald.

When Kevin isn’t working or searching for great real estate deals and investments, he enjoys spending time with his family, cranking up the bar-b-que, and watching a good football game.
